The terms for using the Jeet Screen Recorder software and website.

1. About these terms
These terms apply when you visit https://jsrecorder.com, download or use Jeet Screen Recorder, or buy a licence. The seller is JS Recorder (owner: Amarjeet Kumar Gupta). By using the software or website you agree to these terms.
2. The product
Jeet Screen Recorder is Windows software for recording your screen, with optional microphone, system audio and webcam. Features are described on the Features page.
3. Free trial
The software includes a free trial of 7 days. The trial is linked to your computer and does not restart when you reinstall the software.
4. Licence purchase
- You buy a licence for 1 year (365 days) for the price shown at checkout, currently ₹499. The final amount is calculated on our server and shown before you pay.
- After your payment is confirmed, we email a licence key to the address you provided.
- Devices: 1 Windows PC per licence.
- Taxes: Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). If GST applies, it is shown at checkout.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Manual UPI payments are verified by us before a licence is issued. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for what you record. Get the permission the law and the platform rules require before recording other people, meetings, classes, calls or protected content.
- Do not use the software for unlawful purposes.
- Keep your licence key private and do not share or resell it.
8. Licence terms
Your use of the software is also governed by the License Agreement.
9. Intellectual property
The software, name and logo belong to their owner. You get the right to use the software under the License Agreement. You own the videos you record.
10. Availability and changes
We try to keep the website and licence server available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change the software, website, prices (for future purchases) and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
11. Disclaimer and liability
See the Disclaimer. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost recordings or data. Keep backups of important videos.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer law.
