Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try before you buy

Every user gets a 7-day free trial with the full app. Please test the software on your own computer before buying a licence.

2. What you buy

A digital licence for Jeet Screen Recorder, valid for 1 year (365 days). The licence key is delivered by email after your payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped.

3. When we refund

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Your payment was deducted, but no licence was delivered and we cannot resolve it.
• The licence cannot be activated because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix after working with you.

Refunds are possible only after your payment has been received and confirmed. A refund is given only if you paid the full licence price of ₹499. Requests must be made within 7 days of the payment.

4. When we do not refund

If you bought the licence with a coupon code or at any discounted price (for example ₹200 or any other amount below ₹499), no refund is given. A licence that was delivered and works as described is not refundable for a change of mind, because the free trial lets you test the software before buying.

5. Cancellation

• There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. You choose when to buy another licence.
• You can abandon an unpaid order at any time.
• If you paid by manual UPI and the payment is not yet approved, email us to cancel it.

6. Failed payments

If a payment fails but money is deducted, your bank or the payment provider normally reverses it automatically. If it does not arrive, contact us with the payment reference.

7. How to request a refund

Email support@jsrecorder.com with your name, the email used at checkout, the order reference or payment ID (or UPI transaction ID), and the reason.

8. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank may take extra time to show the credit.
