License Agreement
The terms under which you may use Jeet Screen Recorder.

This agreement is between you and JS Recorder ("Licensor") for the Jeet Screen Recorder software ("Software").
1. Grant
When you buy a licence, the Licensor gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Software on 1 windows pc per licence for 1 year (365 days) from activation. During the free trial you may use the Software for 7 days.
2. Restrictions
- Do not copy, share, sell, rent or sublicense the Software or your licence key.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Software, or bypass the trial or licence checks, except where the law allows it.
- Do not use the Software to break the law or the rights of others.
3. Activation and verification
The Software contacts our licence server to register the trial, activate your licence and check it from time to time. If the server is temporarily unreachable, the Software keeps working for a limited offline period. To move the licence to another computer, contact support.
4. Term and expiry
The licence ends when its term ends. You can renew by buying another licence. We may disable a licence that is shared, was obtained by fraud, or whose payment was reversed.
5. Updates
Updates and support during the licence term: you receive all updates released during your 1-year licence term. Support is given by email at support@jsrecorder.com.
6. Your recordings
You own your recordings and are responsible for having the right to record the content.
7. Third-party components
The Software includes third-party components, including FFmpeg, which are licensed under their own licences (FFmpeg builds with x264 are licensed under the GNU GPL). The source code offer for the bundled FFmpeg build: https://ffmpeg.org/download.html#get-sources.
8. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will be error-free or work on every computer or configuration.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the Licensor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of recordings or data. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer law.
