What you buy and what you receive
- You purchase: a Jeet Screen Recorder licence for 1 year (365 days).
- You receive: a licence key by email after your payment is confirmed.
- Activation: open the app, click Enter License, paste the key and click Activate. An internet connection is needed during activation.
- Payment: made on our payment page at adm.jsrecorder.com. If you have a coupon, you can enter it there.

Pricing questions
Is there a free version?
There is a free trial of 7 days with the full app. After the trial you can still open the app, see your status and enter a licence key, but recording needs an active licence.
How do I activate my license?
After purchase your licence key is sent to your email. Open Jeet Screen Recorder, click Enter License, paste the key and click Activate. Keep your internet connection on while activating.
What happens after purchasing a license?
Once your payment is confirmed, a licence key is generated and emailed to the address you entered at checkout. Then you activate it inside the app.
Can I use one licence on two computers?
A licence is for the number of devices shown on the Pricing page. If you change computers, contact support so the device can be reset.
What is the refund policy?
